That's nonsense. Questions about the personal integrity of the CEO of a non-reporting (non-US SEC reporting) company are quite relevant. This is a public company. When a CEO lies about his work experience or his educational experience it is quite relevant. If the man will lie about that for his personal gain, what else might he lie about? Deals for movies? The financial condition of the company? Stock deals? Reverse splits? How can you be sure of anything at that point.

If you are too timid to ask, then don't. But to say that no one has a right is just not true. To say it is not relevant is quite simply absurd.

Tom, I concur with your views on privacy rights,
but also find the SNTKY education questions to be unimportant to EINI/MVEE investors.

Others can feel free to ask whatever they like of TC, I will not.
