Let's see now....add $2,160,000 (give or take a little) based on $.80 average option price(s) and 2.7 million additional shares outstanding. "Total asset are at $21,518,000 with zero debt. (.72/share)."

$21,518,000 + $2,160,000 = $23,678,000 / 32,600,000 shares outstanding (fully-diluted) = still $.726 per share.

By the way...JDX has never in its history repriced the insiders options when the stock was doing bad....I for one believe insiders that do repriced options should be taken out behind the barn and %*&@#$%# (pet peeve).

Funny you talk about repriced options Keith... We were just in the middle of that on the Pyng thread. Enough is enough.. The minority shareholders are taking positive action this time.
