I agree today's fed numbers were great. The market wants to rally, and I think the internuts will soon retest the highs in april.

I'm loaded to the gills with calls and common shares, and loving it.

The fed wants to keep the stock market bubble going, and the internut mania is alive and well.

Anyone shorting the market right now is crazy. Use any dips today to add to positions.

All the nets are strong, except redhat- which is just some simple profit taking.

It doesnt matter if there really is asset inflation, the fed HAS to keep the market going. Without the stock market rallies, our economy will collapse. Therefore, the market is too big to fail. Speculation has been given a green light by our highest monetary powers.

Buy the nuts! Just keep buying!

Wizard, this is NOT a seasonal growth related issue. Will we see a run in the late fall due to the holiday season? In all likely hood, yes. From this this level? No.

The long term trend on AMZN is up? Or are you referring to the market? Either way, recheck that.

If you bought at 200 then at 150 etc... would now be a steal? I don't think so.

Sabre!

I'm short AMZN for many reasons. The main reason, of course is that it's nothing but a scam & even the brain dead lemmings wii eventually concede that point.
Just a little example of how silly their model is: I golfed with a couple of juniors last week & we talked a little about the web. One of them mentioned that he had been working on his site untlil 6 A.M. I asked him what kind of a site he had & he replied that it was a sport site, mainly hockey & baseball. I asked him if he ever expected to make any money with it & he replied that he was making money right now. He explained that AMZN has a button on his site & every time someone clicks it AMZN pays him 25 cents. After a little prying this kid admitted that all his relatives & friends regularly log on & click the AMZN button on his site. Not only that but he stays after school & clicks on his site numerous times.
How many kids all over N. America are receiving checks from AMZN for useless advertising?
It's so silly that it's almost unbelievable.

Amazon has corrected from seasonal growth in hype reasons. For sure there is some real sales growth to build dreams upon, but Amazon is trading at levels that the most optimistic projections can only justify four or five years out. Heaven forbid that things don't turn out quite that rose colored.

But Amazon will see a very strong Christmas sales and hype factory season that will likely propel the stock to heady gains, IMO. This rally is nice but new 9 month lows may be set in SEP or OCT.
