AJ. My sentiments exactly. I have in fact confirmed exactly as you have described. In fact, those insiders sold back at the second offering as was recommended and part of the reason the second offereing was done. They didnt even get 60.00, IMO. The facts are that there will not be any selling and frankly I doubt there will be for a long long time. 99% is held by the three individuals. They were advised to sell with the secondary add on to RE$DUCE there positions to be more reasonable in the 50% range, as advised. I am with you on this one, in fact it shouldnt take long to bounce back with the shorts probably recovering there mone week rodeo... any one getting sick yet...? good luck
