What I'd like to know is why is ORCL in quiet period. It's too early for them to be quiet about earnings. Must be an acquisition/merger/big partnership?
Anyone care to comment?

Yep! Its quite a joke. They float a cautionary statement made months ago, the day before the quiet period begins, knowing that Oracle could not respond. I am annoyed at myself for not buying more or at least, some Sept 40 calls to take advantage of it.
