But yours aren't in college yet, are they? By the time they get to college the list will be different. We'll see then!

But my babies, who go off to college this fall (and let me tell you, it's traumatic no matter how blase and cool about it you think you can be) still use vinyl and a record player. So I agree that that part isn't valid. But they've never seen Jaws.

A few years ago, I would spend time with some children in my cul- de- sac, since my son was still a bit young, and one can no longer trust that other parents will be "on the lookout" for kids in their vicinity. I would sometimes play a quiz game with them. I was shocked when one of the 6th graders (now a high school graduate) said, "Oh yeah, the Beatles, my aunt likes them, I think". Ouch....2000 plus! That is truly impressive. My main question would be how did you keep them intact?...Atari must be a collectors item by now. I remember when my father first bought Omni, which was even more primitive compared to Nintendo 64. I can see how those things would seem incredibly cheesy now...I am with Nick!...You are right, some people still wear hard lenses, I had almost forgotten...Goodness, it is hard to have furniture survive children. I am just happy that my son never burned himself, given some of his goofy experiments in the kitchen...I haven't seen Jaws in awhile, but I am sure you must be right!
