I have made no such accusation. I have merely reported that there are others that have made charges based on their statements that they called these Universities Then how would you interpret your statement earlier this evening? Until then lies seems quite suitable to describe the charges of his misrepresentation of his educational experience. I only lead you to the water. You can choose not to drink. But you cannot say that it doesn't matter. I didn't say that it didn't matter, I just want proof of 'charges'. Especially with all the wiggling you longs are doing to deny the possibility that he may have lied. Again, I just want proof of 'charges'. My hope is that he didn't lie. I like to think better of people than that they would lie about their credentials. I agree, it's also sad when people are so obsessed that they have to spread unsubstantiated rumors. Lets assume for a minute that he did lie, and his exit from the company was due to that. What does that have to do with his position now at MVEE unless you believe that he lied to them too. In that case you should quickly grab your phone and call MVEE and make them aware, "That is if you dare." <grin> Mark

Our judicial system is based on the principle of "innocent till proven guilty". You apparently do not agree with this concept, otherwise you would not continue to puke your hearsay all over this thread. The fact remains that you have no official source that is making any accusations against Tony Cataldo, not the SEC, not DOJ and not any former employer. It would be of benefit to all readers if you would bother to do your own DD on Cataldos education if this is of interest to you, instead of inflicting your fascist sentiments on everyone. Your intent is obviously malicious.
