Oops, You violated rule number one... RULE #1 Never respond directly to a basher or complainer who asks only loaded questions and unfounded allegations and offers no relevant facts (unless you want to clog up the thread with senseless dialog). Interested stockholders will read every post on a thread and will have to wade through a lot of garbage for a little information. Those who just like to cry or bash and add no value to the thread will make one inflammatory remark and then it is easy for them to just reply to all who take the bait. They will always get the last word as that is their ultimate goal. If you feel the allegations need a reply, then you should reply to a different person (a regular contributor) and address the issue raised in a polite and reasonable manor and don't use their name on the first line. Just think how much less garbage we would have to wade through if everyone followed this rule! The bashers could never keep up if they had to read every post on the threads they bash. jm cut and pasted that little snip on several threads. The kicker is this part: Per my long-standing position on having a "..name.." accounting firm involved to establish and enforce a "..no silliness policy.."; this is what other small-cap companies are doing...
