The prudent and professional thing for them to have done was to keep proper financial records and to play by the SEC rules from DAY ONE, not after being suspended and investigated. Do you agree? IMO, they thought they could get away with their modus operandi, and they were wrong. I don't have the slightest idea what you are talking about them kicking dirt in the face of the SEC or counsel. Who said that? But I'm SURE counsel did not approve of JC's TV appearance and IBD ads right in the middle of the SEC investigation. So, Partha, they already kicked that dirt. Oh, and they continue to kick dirt right into the face of we investors, do you agree?

Of course I realized that old message was an exaggeration, but taken in the context of other messages that day, it was part of the general hoopla, DGIV had issued news THAT DAY about how they were going to review the 10-SB form at the trade show. Another outlight, blatent, lie on their part. IMO.

"Wishing this rule 15c2-11 compliance happens SOON."

SOON.

Theres a word that has been abused when included in a sentence with Digitcom.

I hate to rain on anyones parade here but I have a pretty good feeling that we will NOT see 15c2-11 compliance anytime SOON or at least until next year. IMHO. Hoping I am wrong. Just a hunch based on past haults and our history with financial disclosure.

As crazy as my conservative side thinks I am, I believe we will see the positive in 2000 that we should have seen in 1999. Also IMHO.

Hey Jane, It looks like your Pepsi is winning the war.

Oh, and for all you guys that are bickering over who has been here the longest. Who cares!

Have a great day allllllllll!!!!!!!!!!!

Mr. Fish back in the pond.
