Interesting. Since RDRAM delivers 16 bytes in the same 10ns that a 16-byte wide PC-100 SDRAM would deliver with equivalent latency, I wonder why RDRAM would have a negative impact on performance? Can you think of any reason why this would occur?

Is it Camino performance? If so, then Camino+PC-100 wouldn't fair any better.
