MCI/WORLDCOMM would be creditors of Nextwave unless the contract they had let them out.MCI/WORLDCOMM no doubt are watching the proceedings by the courts and FCC carefully waiting to see the outcome of the hearings.That spectrum would be the best way to get in to the race for wireless data.
