Rande, I recently bought some PSIX and due to lack of new posts to the PSIX thread on SI, I drifted over to Yahoo! and found that David Kunkel, Exec. VP/Counsel of PSIX has been posting there regularly, answering questions and correcting BS posts. I then browsed older posts on SI and found that he has been doing the same on SI. I found this to be a friendly and helpful deed by PSIX. Is it too much to think of PSIX as a company that really cares about its shareholders more than other companies? Is it unique for company insiders to get involved on a more personal basis with shareholders over message boards? In your opinion could this represent confidence on the managements part and constitute shareholder value? Basically am I reading too much into this or is it really cool?

Thanks,
Pierre

Re: BBY & Santa Claus

Do you think that this Christmas will be heavy or light in electronics? I am betting that it will be extra heavy . . . so this is a buying dip op on BBY at 53.75.

PMFJI...

Digital consumer electronics is the retail story this year. DVD is the mezcal in this tequila. Profitable in its own right, DVD should ensure strong traffic through the Christmas season.

Circuit City (CC) has not executed as well as BBY, but the P/E discount means they're at least as attractive a stock purchase.
