Welcome, tekboy. You actually read all 6473 posts before making your first? That's quite a compliment to the group, as well as a clear indication of your interest level and thoroughness. I'd like to know what a "foreign policy wonk" does, and how you gained your expertise in argumentation. Please don't make us wait as long for an answer as we had to for Bluetooth <thanks>. You've done your homework, tekboy, to an impressive degree, and that was a wonderful introduction. Don't worry about diluting the collective "wisdom" of the thread. tekboy, Welcome to the thread! Glad to see you came out of lurk mode. That was a very nice post and a darned good reminder that, in addition to having the best participants in cyberspace, we also have the best lurkers. I went back to square one and read every single message from the beginning (no kidding!). If that's not impressive, you're probably the first person who has posted holdings that add up to 100%.
