I'll defer to your first hand knowledge of the situation. I will say that the television pictures of dead animal carcasses floating down river and submerged hog waste lagoons and sewage treatment plants doesn't look very healthy to me.

Wow..........I don't know where to begin.....the Idea of parcels of ocean seems so absurd as to be laughable, but I can see the attraction....although not the logic. Some species of fish a highly migratory.....how can even one government manage
something of such a global nature. Much less leaving it in the hands of corporations and individual buisnessmen. Of course since greed doesn't run buisiness then it must be the best place for renewable resources to be managed. Wanna buy a bridge??? I heard someone talking about regulated chaos the other day...( yep they were serious )....it reminds me of Libertarian conservation and eccology. It seems to me that Libertarians want to be left alone...as long as it's comfortable, and doesn't interfere with their ability to control their lives.
The problem is noone has ever had complete control of their lives and we never will. Much is outside our ability to control,
which sometimes includes ourselves ( under extreme conditions )
how can we ask 260 million people to act in accordance with some rule of law which doesn't even admit to the flawed aspects of the human pschye......lol.........as for the media......we created it, and now we're pissed because it's doing what we wanted it to do.......show us the dirt.......If I never see another reporter chained to a tree in a hurricane it would be fine with me....but their ratings go up when they pull that kind of bullshit......and so it continues.
