Looks like many of the insiders got out in the mid 80's recently. I guess fair value to be around $45. I bet MSFT tanks more tomorrow.

>>the Ballmer comments to be
totally reckless for an company officer and insider to make - especially by
someone with his stature.
By trying to impress journalists with his equity analysis skills, he totally
forgot what his primary responsibility is - fulfilling his fiduciary duty with the
shareholders. This was not it, by a long shot. If you're a shareholder, there's
enough ground here to threaten/follow with a complaint (see bottom) or suit.
It's a mistake you don't expect a seasoned brass to make, <<

Uptick, Thanks for you insight and it made much sense.

Best Wishes
Frank

"If the market were to drop 30%"

target companies would also be cheaper.

"no longer consider[ed]...a cutting-edge place to work"

because ballmer said stock price too high?

"Guess where the stock price needs to go"

earnings will drive the stock--not ballmer's words.

"With Billions in MSFT paper profit"

guess he's not as dumb as people say.

"massive buyings of MSFT long-dated puts"

how do you know that?

"Address: Investor Relations Department"

complain to investor relations?--you must be joking.

"or suit"

at $500 per attorney hour?--get serious.

"but, as a trader"

one must be nimble. see posts by sir francis drake.

regards
