I knew a guy who made an error on his order form and ordered 12 dozen tomato plants instead of 12. He went ahead and planted them and sold a few. He still had tons left over. Started canning them and making sauce. Went to one gallon containers. He and his wife spent night after night cooking tomatoes.

Years ago I had several plants and they were planted where I had buried the remains of 24 rabbits that a friend brought over. Turned into a tomato hedge. I eat about one tomato a year so when my dad asked if I had any I went out and picked 2 grocery sacks full. Next day he asked if I had more so 2 more bags. For several weeks I was giving him 2 grocery bags every other day and seeing as how my mother didn't cook I got curious and asked.

They were running them through a blender for Bloody Marys for the neighborhood happy hour.

Biscuit mix--pfft. What about the thin crisp crust?

BTW, do you know about the bricks in the oven stuff?

Do you have a good recipe for salsa???

I have this bushel of tomatoes sitting in my back yard just waiting for my attention tomorrow morning.

And two bushels of hot peppers.
