Dear philipah: Jeez, if INTC has to start worrying about another "startup" clone that has no Fabs, no sales organization, no distribution agreements, no service dept. and likely under capitalized and uses "software" rather than "hardware" to handle some applications then whats the world coming too!!! JDN
