So, the risk of a market crash is not just slower spending,but financial ruin. Which is a wee bit worse.<g>

I agree. However, I have always thought that speculative bubbles ended with a bang....we seem to be getting Chinese water torture... think Clinton somehow sold us out on this one as well?<g>
