LIGHTNING & ALL: Sent to Bill Murphy at the Gold Conference in Denver today!
To: lepatron@lemetropolecafe.com

Bill, Sorry to bother you at such an important event in Denver, but it just occurred to me that Allan Bell CEO of Dakota Mining (DKT supposedly bankrupt in June) may be at the conference. DKT is headquartered there in Denver. This may present an opportunity for you (if you wish) to find out from him the status of DKT and if or when he plans to return the stock to the market. He was very inquisitive (sounded very concerned) asking me about GATA and your discovery process regarding DKT. I assured him that I knew little except that GATA was interested in the happenings at DKT.
John Meyer has all my DKT info that I provided that clearly showed DKT has the ability to produce 200,000 oz per year with a good portiion of it at 240 per oz. or less.
DKT was unhedged at the time and I cannot believe he utilized all the financial tools at his disposal including hedging to stay afloat.
Mr. Bell told me in June that if gold reached 340 per oz that he could be back in business. What's the magic of 340? We will be beyond 340 soon!
You know that I always felt the DKT bankruptcy was contrived with some kind of UK deal?? Perhaps new owners!

I sent an email to the company, which was returned to me with the message that the computer company cold not be located.

It looks they are not around anymore: could not find anything anywhere I looked. Do you have any ideas on the latest events?

Thanks
