i wouldn't call the pullback in oil a 'breakdown'. no way are commodities going to seriously pull back with economies around the world showing accelerating growth...
but i agree with one thing: this mania has come back repeatedly and decimated the shorts, so i wouldn't put it past it to do so again. no-one knows for sure when this will be over...my guess is it will happen when least expected. all eyes will still be glued to some nutz junk stock making new highs and then the bottom will suddenly fall out, for no reason at all.

Greeshit and co keep messing-up with the freemarkets and there is no way to tell how things will shape-up by looking at the inter-relationships among various markets. The only way to sort things out is to send stock market where it belongs - down!
