If people saw Anthony's financials and see he is 31 years old (and the financials can add 6 zeros to his age), and that he came out of massive debt after the collapse of his business in the early 90's, they'd realize that there may be some expertise behind his trading...

Anthony was "suspended/canceled from membership in the NASD for failure to comply with formal written requests to submit financial information to the NASD." quoted from the NASD. He was also suspended a year or so earlier for not paying his fine, per the other infraction. Just check out their website.
