If I misread the NASD materials in any way, I am sorry. Certainly don't mean to slander Anthony, or anyone. There are enough facts to go around that slander is totally unnecessary. Strikes me not paying a fine is issue enough... and B/Ds are required to submit reports on their finances. As I said, if I misread the NASD materials in any way, I am sorry. Anyhow, this thread is kaput in my mind. For better or worse, the voting's over and it's SI's turn to figure out what to do. Enjoy.

Get a life and a legal dictionary! First, you need to learn the difference between libel and slander. Second, what do you think you have been doing when you say all the NO votes represent people who have lost money because of Anthony's shorts? Third, you would think you could at least stop violating the TOU until after SI determines Anthony's fate! Surely you know by now, that it is against the TOU to threaten other members.
