Reply to the morsels of thought... Why is this the last of BNEZ money? I feel with the MASSIVE DILUTION and NO MARKETING they should have plenty by now! These "possible" smoke and mirrors spin-offs are dirt cheap compared to the class action litigation/awarded damages that are sure to happen if they try to just fade away! J&M, "couldn't" sell PMA? Let's try didn't sell PMA because they basically NEVER MARKETED THE PRODUCT! Was it to sell through osmosis? J is an "EX" investment banker. SO? What assets are left to go into "4" shells? They kept the software, the key to keeping them in business remember! They told us all along that as PMA goes so goes BNEZ. Remember? If PMA doesn't sell, forget the stock price, we'll be out of business! Now I guess these shells change everything. Yeh, right. They need to shed unwanted assets or liabilities so a new company can buy us? Please, are you kidding! Just sell PMA for 3 million! Companies sell off assets ALL THE TIME without setting up 4 shells! Amazing... J has put 3 million into BNEZ. Really? Where was that PR? I must have missed it. Besides, Don't you think those boys got plenty of FREE shares when they went public? Common practice! Founders always make out like BANDITS!!! Remember that I have met these guys twice and J is a man of his word! Really? Which words? The I feel comfortable selling 700 thousand PMA units words? The we're giving you guys a DIVIDEND words? The we're going to be fully reporting in 60 days words? The we're "NOT" selling treasury shares words? The sales of PMA are "GOOD" words? Oh I know, I just forgot, it's the we're pulling a sneaky 1-12 reverse split words that's it! Also the we run things "OUR" way and if you don't like it, vote with your feet and SELL your shares words! That's it, I remember now... This can't all just be fantasy(didn't want to use the S word)! You would have to be sucking money out... not putting it in??? Well, what the heck do you call pulling a 1-12 RS, going to approx. 2 million shares then diluting us to maybe up to 70 million in about 14 months or so? Is this not the sucking sound????Come on man, cut me a break. BTW Mitchell, you "ARE", by your words, sticking up for them and that is your God given right Sir. It's ok. I think you probably like them...They may be very good to their family... That doesn't make things fine concerning their business practices...You know that! I on the other hand feel totally violated by this management's actions and lack of ACTION, and strongly feel they should "NOT" be running a PUBLIC COMPANY taking the PUBLIC'S MONEY! Let them be a private firm that does anything they darn well please...AT least regular people won't have to be sucked into nightmares such as these. Obviously, just my totally "disgusted" humble opinion... PS.I certainly hope your scenario somehow, someway, can come true! But the BNEZ track record says otherwise...Believe me, I want to be wrong! For clarification... Jack Ben Ezra just called me and is very angry. He misread one of my replies to Mitchell Vince. In post #8928 Mitchell says that he had met with Jack two times and he is a man of his word. I did not put quotes around it but I was strictly commenting on Mitchell's words not mine. I personally have NEVER met Jack or any BNEZ employee and have no desire to! But I too am angry with how this stock has turned out. If you don't like it Jack, come see me ANY TIME...You got my phone number so I'm sure you can get my address. Have a great day and I truly hope things turn out well for you and all the longs...Amazing... PS I am sorry if I hurt your feelings Jack, But if you had become reporting like you promised, My mind wouldn't necessarily wander to thinking bad thoughts. Please call me back and let's discuss things on a higher plane. But I'm glad I got your attention. I've been trying to since the reverse split last year... Bac
