It shall be unlawful to make, or cause to be made, to any prospective purchaser or seller of a security any representation that any such action or failure to act by any such authority is to be so construed or has such effect. #reply-11619829 I guess I missed the part in the Law that lets you off the hook because your numerous expressions of the SEC's inaction being validation of PABN/PRWT's worth were simply your opinion. The Law as written reads more absolute than that. Neither ignorance nor stupidity is a defense. Too bad for you. You are out of luck pardner.

One thing is for DAMN sure. The SEC disagrees with j about how its rules apply to me. The SEC has not filed anything against me. That PROVES to me that they don't interpret their rules the way j does. I guess when there is nothing to discuss about the company, it becomes open season on the investors once AGAIN. We'll see how long this lasts.
