Kevin, to be specific...

An agreement with BankAmerica would be a great start. Additionally, agreements with Amazon and American Express would also begin to get the ball rolling. It is important to know the players here and realize the long term objective of the program.

I will assume for the moment that you have not contacted any of the companies mentioned here yourself. I would expect you to be interested enough to make those phone calls in order to realize what is at stake to the potential ZixCharge customers.

If you have the contacts, I recommend speaking with a couple of analysts that follow Internet Banks or more specifically the companies previously mentioned. I have made those calls, and I believe that I have a handle on what they are attempting to do with this system.

I won't highlight your admission of potentially billions of dollars of transactions and paste it here, but I do appreciate your use of multiple zero's in your assessment.

Enjoy the ride.

a) they've never heard of before, b) consists of fifteen
employees, c) is run out of a single office fifteen floors above a shopping mall, and d) is
on its third business plan in 21 months?

Kevin, actually they're on their third business plan in less than 1 year. To add to your list, the company's flagship "products" are not even developed in house. Try telling clients that technical support will be provided by a third party which is outside Cook's jurisdiction.

As for credibility, Cook has none with shareholders. He has broken every promise made so far, missed every milestone set out by himself. His record lends me to the belief that potential customers will never trust Cook in any of his business promises.

Cook has demonstrated to the community his ignorance about the technology and competitors via the CC in July.

Cook has also demonstrated to the community his naive miscalculations of the market share he so confidently led investors to believe.

Regards,

Tom

That's one thing I've been wondering about. Credibility is, doubtless, a key issue
here, with potentially billions of dollars of transactions going through the ZixCharge
system.

What I want to know, Rick, is where exactly Zixit gets its credibility from. It's not
as if Zixit has a long, established track record in the field; twelve months ago, their
field was recording tracks.

To put it another way, what is going to lead paranoid consumers to trust their vital
financial data to a company that a) they've never heard of before, b) consists of
fifteen employees, c) is run out of a single office fifteen floors above a shopping mall,
and d) is on its third business plan in 21 months?

Let's not be silly here, Kevin. If Cook can rent videos, he automatically has credibility from major institutions with regards to securely processing hundreds of millions of dollars in transactions.
