Aloha Ian: Flick is really a piece of work isn't he. I would say his threatening PM's to you are much more in the category of harassment than anything you wrote to him. I actually think you might be on to something with the SEC complaint, maybe that's why the strong reaction. He if he's going to tout he should just disclose. Right on! Cheers Alohal

Fleck's PMs are out of control. Get you thrown off for questioning his motives when he is a professional investor? He is in the murky water for sure. And mentioning that he is a director of gnet??? WOW!! Kind of like telling the cop you are on the city council so he better just tear up that ticket or you'll have his job. If fleck actually causes any problems we should be certain that everyone associated with such actions at gnet or SI gets the maximum possible publicity - I can think of a number of thermonuclear journalists who would love to run something like that up the flagpole. But I can't believe gnet or SI would jeopardize their franchise to please some egomaniac.
