JIM:

I agree the "rally" is not that impressive. The DOW still has to close above that 10,500 (the previous "support" level.)and as you keep saying the A/D ratio and NH/NL do not look good.

Take a pick at ECIN. I bought some today at 1 7/8 and am planning on adding more around 2 on Monday if the market cooperates. It had a BIG move on the news on Sept.14

The float is only about 2.6 million and the current ratio around 13.6

This is the news from Sept14:

WHITE HAVEN, Pa., Sept. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- EMCEE Broadcast Products, Inc. (Nasdaq: ECIN - news), a global supplier of equipment to the wireless communications industry at the 2.0 to 4.0 GHz range, today announced it has completed installation of a high speed wireless Internet system in the Sunbury, Pennsylvania market.

The architecture of this point-to-multipoint RF microwave system utilizes the 2.6GHz wireless band. The system will offer downstream speed based on three 2MHz channels of 10 Mbps each which is more than 100 times faster than traditional 33.6K or almost 50 times quicker than a 56K dial up service.

The chart looks good to me and the Upside/downside potential
looks great. What do you think?

Regards and good luck.

Bernard
