But was the selloff based on a false report about CSCO. This market is very fragile, could a false report send it down the way it did Friday?

General Electric's chart shows a massive outside weekly reversal that encompasses the last SIX Weeks. I've never seen anything like it.....I believe it's a complete key reversal that has bullish implications.

The proceeding week was declining off a major peak and all time high, suggesting a reversal upwards. But placed in conjunction with other factors, could this chart pattern actually be interpreted as a clear Topping Signal?
