. . . that "loud report" comment was hilarious, . . . Regrettably, I happen to think that this kind of potty humour is wholly inappropriate on a stock discussion thread. You should note, as I documented, that apparently Scottoo believes that this kind of remark represents meaningful commentary. Let's get the discussion back on track though. There has been no KeyState filing with the Office of Thrift Supervision to date. The reality is that even if such a filing were to occur tomorrow, it would be many months, perhaps a year and a half, even if there were no extraordinary obstacles to their being accepted. Long after this stock, that by all accounts is on the inexorable trail to being removed from the OTC:BB, has its crucial filing deadlines. I note on the Bull that there is some suggestion that PABN/PRWT no longer has Continental as their Transfer Agent. Tomorrow could bring some interesting confirmations if this is indeed true.
