Let's do some educated math here:

93 Million is loans x 20% = 18.6 Million in fees or there about.

Figuring a conservative 15% to bottom line = 2.8 Million

2.8 Million divided by 72 Million shares out = .039 earning per share.

Figure PE of 20 = $.78/share.

And that is just the new company included. Put in what VMAX had previously and Wow.

I'm liking it.

Anybody know when this deal should be wrapped up?
