Lorne: For once I have to agree wholeheartedly with you. It seems to come from some of the characteristics of some of the early settlers, and boy are we ever paying for their greed and mistakes in dealing with the problems of their time. Lester Pearson with his BIlingualism and biculturalism bit and Trudeau with his brand of Academic Socialism, disguised as Liberals have between them created a "hell on earth" scenario that will haunt us for decades. Why is it that I feel no surprise to see AJ supporting the "do gooder" streak that seems to lurk in so many breasts?? I'm not sure that there is an answer, and I am sure that it won't be an easy one.
