RE: Averaging Down

You're right as to style. I'm simply not comfortable buying a stock that I wouldn't mind seeing drop. Nor do I have enough capital in my private acct. right now to risk it with the high flyers.

But if one is patient and waits for the support levels and buys just a small fraction at the higher support and a little more at the next lower support, the odds are favorable.

To each his own. I'm kind of eccentric by nature. But I'm coming around to playing with the herd, but uncomfortably. The herd can turn precipitously, like HIFN, or whatever the chip company is named.
