What are you expecting the fall-out to be with this AOL and Toys R Us deal. I fully expected eToys to get to AOL first, so this is disappointing to me. The Gap alliance was good, however. Most of my friends and family with kids love Baby Gap and Gap kids and shop there often. Hopefully, that is going to pay-off.

Excellent post, you and I are in complete agreement. I am not concerned with toys r us on AOL, I think etoys already has a brand, etc. But 13mm in revs this last quarter was not enough - especially considering amazon is doing over 300mm mostly in books. I have no idea what the analysts are expecting revs for etoys to be over the xmas season. Amazon was expected to do between 600mm and 1billion in sales this xmas, but that was the expectation a few months ago so it may have been decreased by now - in fact I expect it given the weakness in amzn stock.
