No sh*t. I "accidentally" got out of 1/4 of my DCLK position with a similar 163 out. Will quickly get back in if it continues to run. I actually spent some more money on Pokemon today. The stock (KIDE), not the toys.

daba,

The stock traded up 10-15 points most of the day, then about 3:40 pm or so, the newsflash hit that IBM and DCLK were getting together for some big ambiguous announcement on Monday. Stock jumped 5 pts within seconds, then climbed the ladder to 169. Tremendous volume spikes, as you can imagine.

I happened to be tracking DCLK on a delayed chart at the time, and noticed that the real time quote was somehow 15 points higher. Gotta be a misprint, I thought. Kept clickin' on the reload button, but that number was no figment of my fervid imagination, it was our sweet DCLK. Truly a day to remember. Can't wait to see what Monday brings.

Regards,
Mazman

dabadabadoo,

Sorry about your stop. Friday's action the last fifteen minutes was Insana inspired ("Joe, check your newswire! DCLK announcing a deal with IBM on Monday"). Interesting to see what will develop.

C Nelson

P.S. That whole Pokemon thing is insane! I had no idea what it was but saw my two nephews (ages 4 and 6) last week and they know all these characters and plot lines and other esoteric info. Kind of like a cult for kids.
