Hi Larry,
I think that was a smart move on selling AMKR after the recent run up. I wish we would discuss Dave's fair value ideas more. FWIW I run the formula all the time. I have noticed that some stocks seam to breakout and move way beyond. Dave always cautioned me about the analysis numbers not staying in tune. I've also noticed that some like ORB have fell sharply and that the fair value is now way down. I guess what I'm thinking is that the formula is a place to start but may need further discussion based upon the direction of the stock price.

AMKR is a likely candidate for this discussion. You are correct about the large debt, but why is the debt there? What do the new patents bring to the table for future profits?

I have AMKR in three accounts, all very profitable. You got me thinking... Should I sell in one, AIM in another and ride it out in the last?

Just some thoughts. One thing I noticed about Dave is that he stayed pat on most even when they reached what he calls "Relatively Expensive", but then again he always purchased when they were "Relatively Cheap".

Keith

Hi Larry, Doesn't sound like fertile ground for starting a discussion on AIM over at the QQQ thread! However, sometimes it's fun just to post the trades like I do on the Newsletter - %age of shares owned and at what price. After a while some of those other folks start to ask questions (since you are always doing the right thing at the right time!!).

However, as RFH found out, one has to "Be Prepared" to defend one's position!

Best regards, Tom
