You never answered my question about why we don't lock up people that refuse to donate bone marrow, blood etc. for their siblings ... because in refusing to do so they are subjecting this individual to the possibility of death.

You are elevating a fetus to some sort of super-life which does not exist for any other human... we don't force people to donate blood to save other lives, we don't force bone marrow transplants... in many cases our society lets others die because there are no funds available to keep them alive... how do you explain that?

I'll tell you what - if you lobby for the laws that force people into bone marrow and organ transplants to keep someone else alive, I will convert to pro-life!

(hehe I know you won't do that because men would never stand for it..pro-life men are only in favor of restricting a woman's right to choose.. never themselves of course..)

I SAID the law is arbitrary. I think what the Supremes are doing with Roe is just fine. And so do most of the people I know. Amusingly enough we are not even pro-abortion.

We allow killing all the time in our society- it is far from anarchy. Legislated or legalized killing can't be anarchy - by definition.

I am not an "ardent supporter" of legal abortion, but I believe that Roe v. Wade was EXCELLENTLY written, and does not need to be revisited. I doubt that you have ever bothered to read it. If you ever read it, please feel free to ask me to discuss the parts of it you disagree with. I refuse, however, to discuss it until you actually read it. If you want a citation to read it on the internet, I'd be happy to provide that, too.
