Hmmm....is this really worthy of a PR?? Sounds like they are just starting to work on upgrading a particular component of their software. They must not have much else to report.

Jocko, Good news and a good deal for both companies. It seems obvious to me that this effort has been going on for some time because this wouldn't be a new concept they are just trying to develop when they expect it to be "Scheduled For Release -- January 2000". I suspect they are already well on their way, in at least the alpha testing stage. I get the impression that "Wizmaster" is either a stand alone product or available with Dr. BEAN. Wonder if anyone has any confirmation of that? My opinion is based on the following statements from the news release, "Once a wizard has been modified, it can be utilized to interact over the internet with customers. This addresses one of the important needs that companies have, to provide self-service on the web site for their customers. "
