John, don't think Keith's having a hard time understanding the action, I think he's just citing a reason why the action's irrational based on available info that a lot of people just haven't realized yet - One rational explanation for this sustained selling pressure is that a private placement/financing has been agreed to and will be done at a lower price. As soon as everyone gets their boots filled, the stock will then move DOWN to the financing price. How low and where that is, is anyone's guess. regards, teevee
