When I put myself in Armstrong's shoes I don't see any other option. How can he possibly compete against a 4 to 1 capacity advantage to his competitors. I am assuming he is getting competent counsel from his technical people. I think we will see movement towards CDMA soon after recapitalization of the Tracking stock.

While I dislike T, I must disagree with your statement with the following rebuttal: Why then, did Sprint set PCS up as a tracking stock?
