You got a pretty good answer below. There is no reason for Nintendo to post detailed internal specs for a proprietary product for which the design awards have been granted.

Considering that any whiff of a design win is instantaneously broadcast in press releases by rambus, its time for you to let go of the notion that rambus didn't lose nintendo. Hey, since nintendo started using rambus it's all but been eliminated from the market so why should you worry about their RAM selection anyway?

Who knows? Maybe Intel or rambus will figure out what's wrong with the 3 slot 820s, rambus will somehow get less expensive real fast, and it'll look like it has good prospects again. Stranger things have happened, just not often.
