Tony, Thanks for the input. Boy this guy is sure full of himself, but, I look here for just that kind of thinking and see what I can make of it. But it seems to me that the Latin American model referenced in this post is only the beginning and sounds like the contract WAVC has for Bermuda and the town in Texas for the school. Who knows where all this will lead, but somebody has to gain and Cisco is very good at gobbling up other companies that have something to offer their product line. It may not be Cisco, maybe T, MOT or some other participant. Hold our breath. John
