I spoke w/both Renee and Eleanor at PABN yesterday (516-232-2221); I asked them if they could confirm a rumor that ex-PABN employees are bringing a lawsuit against them. "Uh, uh, I dunno" was their response. Renee told me they have a long list of vendors (and employees!) that are waiting, however impatiently, to be paid. Evidently, many checks have bounced, including personal checks from JS to employees for payroll. Don't want to burst anyone's bubble, but I speak the truth. ragingbull.com
