I think by "Sister Company" he means "Sister Scam", Sideware and Braintech are run out of the same office and on many press releases share the same phone number. This should be a HUGE RED FLAG.

According to Bloomberg Braintech and Sideware are run out of this office in Vancouver:

930 West 1st Street Suite 102
North Vancouver, BC V7P 3N4

A Vancouver guy named Owen Jones runs BOTH COMPANIES according to Bloomberg. Anyone who at this point is not suspicious of these "companies" is hiding their heads in the sand.

Even worse, on Nov 18th, Sideware and BNTI announced a "deal" but NEVER DISCLOSED THEY WERE RELATED PARTIES! Another massive RED FLAG.

Buyer Beware!

Howard, Re: BNTI Go to Subject 3795 There is a lot of information for you there to start with.
(Information as opposed to the paranoid opinion of ji64, a Columbia University student who is speaking out of school.)
