Mark, granted. Where would you say WCG's principal strength resides from an operations-related perspective, where it shines above the rest? And is this strength sufficient to offset some of the other areas you cited? Frank

- Asia
- local fiber loops
- "last-mile" (fiber, DSL, BBFW)
- colocation facilities

What's your time-frame for meeting some of these targets? Do you think analysts are waiting for the next earnings report before upgrading?

The stock is at the bottom of your target range. Would you be buying here?
