I just read the newspaper articles and as an American am a little confused. It seems from some of the other articles I've read that Mr. Tobin has been grand standing to the people of Labrador since the beginning.I know he wants to be the next Canadian Premier and I am aware that there are bad feelings over the Churchill Falls Power deal etc. But these guys sound like they will never be satisfied.Is it realistic that these people want to get there hands into the final decision for the mining permit? How many people are there in Labrador anyways? One of the people they interviewed not only wanted all processing of ore in the province he wanted it in Labrador rather than Argentia. Could someone put a little background on this?
