Don't they need to investigate the books of the acquired companies prior to takeover and determine whether they stuffed losses before closing of the transaction.

Hi, Lee I think we are in one of the greatest ponzi scheme in human history supported by the US Government. I am not as familiar with the Tulip mania and if governments (royalties) were also involved and promoted the speculation but this bubble is somthin all by itself.

BTW I am again in Tel Aviv now and not New York.
