That's a pretty serious downgrade, yet, despite opening near 70, Intel has absorbed it fairly well. But the day is still young.

It's a pdf, so I couldn't cut and paste (not that that would be terribly legal :-))We're actually up on the day. Are we done selling, you think? The report itself was fairly innocuous, a lot of handwaving about caution.

No John, that is a ONE level drop. Most firms have two levels of "buy" before their neutral/hold equivalent. For example ML's top rating is "BUY" followed by "ACCUMULATE". Prudential uses "STRONG BUY" followed by "ACCUMULATE".
