Please direct me to the post where I said this. In fact, FDR was a lousy President for many reasons, but I doubt he was taking huge cash payments from the Japanese military. JLA

We know you are not yet educated. You have proven that over and over again.

The Rosenberg espionage occurred during the Roosevelt and Truman administrations. They were guilty and convicted. They were rewarded in 1953.
