They way I see it the insiders are in a rush to get all of their options before the price climbs any more... this might explain why we have seen no promo on the stock.

I agree and will start using 10 mil as the number of shares outstanding when calculating BV from now on. this may also explain why the stock was held down this week, they were trying to get the price of the options at a low rate. If the stock had run up they may have had to price them at $1-2 more.

Don't agree! Here we all have been saying that the company is well managed, well focused, forward thinking and undervalued....right? Well when I did my DD back at message 02 on this thread, this followed only days later.

I donot begrudge any of the directors of this company this kind of package 1 million shares is healthy, but if it motivates managment to get this thing up to NAV, I could care less. My calcs have always been on 10mm FD
