hi susie, they read this thread. they started it. if they don't read this thread, they are totally dumber than a box of rocks. none of this is a surprise to them, nor is it something they have not heard before. membership has been howling about this for months now. (to be accurate, let me say, "some portion of membership" has been howling. there are some who like the new format. from what i've seen, they are in the VAST minority.) i don't believe it is possible for us to voice our objections either more emphatically, or more effectively. imo, the lights are on (though flickering erratically), but nobody is home. they probably just can not feature how they could spend so much time and so much money on a format that is then so poorly received. i'm sure the design engineers who worked on the edsel had the same misguided confusion. or was it stubbornness? :) mark
